There is a wide range of equipment available to make day to day life easier.
Equipment can help with tasks such as:
- help turning taps
- cutting food
- pouring kettles
- getting up stairs
- getting out of the bath
- going to the toilet
- help remembering what pills to take

There is also equipment to help in an emergency. For example if someone lives alone and has a fall or if you are concerned about unwanted visitors. This is called Telecare.
