Freedom of Information gives anyone the right to know about the work, activities, and decisions of all public bodies in the UK.

What information can I access?
You can access any information that is recorded by us or other public authorities, subject to it being held and an exemption not being applicable.

Exemptions
There are some exemptions to the types of information that can be requested under the act, and should an exemption apply, we will write and tell you which exemption is being applied and why.
