Building and communal repairs
We have the right to enter a leaseholders home to inspect or carry out repairs for which we are responsible.
We will give at least 48 hours notice in writing, unless there is an emergency.
Reporting repairs to the Council
Before contacting us, leaseholders must make sure that the repair is our responsibility to fix.
Who is responsible for my repair?
If the Council is responsible for the repair, we will notify our repairs contractors.
