Home ownership service
Our Home Ownership team manage leasehold service charge accounts and deal with Right to Buy enquiries.
This includes:
- calculating service charges
- sending invoices
- monitoring accounts
- investigating queries about service charges
- providing information for leaseholders selling their properties
- dealing with lease breaches.

Our service standards
- If you contact the Home Ownership team, we will acknowledge your enquiry within two working days and send a full response to you within a further 10 working days
- Home Ownership Officers will be polite at all times
- The Home Ownership team will issue your annual service charge estimate in March of each year
- The Home Ownership team will issue your annual statement of actual expenditure by the end of September each year
- The Home Ownership team will continuously seek the views of leaseholders across the borough to improve its service to leaseholders
