The Homeowner Forum gives you the chance to have your say on issues relating to owning a leasehold or shared-ownership property with Havering.
The forum will help us to review procedures, services, and discuss future service charges.
Since it was set up, the forum has reviewed the information supplied to leaseholders about their estimated service charges and actual expenditure incurred as well as surveys carried out with leaseholders.
A Homeowner Forum meeting took place at Havering Town Hall on Tuesday 18 July 2023. Thank you to everyone who came along to share their views, and to those who joined us online.
