Your online housing account is accessed via your My Havering login.
If you do not have a My Havering account, you will need to create one. Create a My Havering account
If you are asked to create a My Havering account to access your online housing account as part of your application for council housing, please sign up for My Havering using the same email address you used in your council housing application form.
Ways to access your online housing account
Option 1
You can login to My Havering by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page on the website, scrolling down to the My Havering account section and then clicking on the yellow 'Go to the My Havering login page' button.
Enter your My Havering login details.
Once into My Havering you can click on the 'housing' link on your My Havering account main page.
You will then be asked to enter your rent account number (or if a first time application, your application reference number) so please have it handy, as well as your surname and date of birth.
You will only have to enter your number, surname and date of birth once. Every subsequent login using your My Havering details after the first will mean when you click on the 'Online housing account' link, you will go straight to your online housing account.
Option 2
You can click on the links to your online housing account from any of the pages where you see it. There is one at the bottom of this page.
You will be asked to enter your My Havering account details.
You will then be asked to enter your rent account number (or if a first time application, your application reference number) so please have it handy, as well as your surname and date of birth.
You will only have to enter your number, surname and date of birth once. Every subsequent login using your My Havering details after the first will mean you will go straight to your online housing account.
