Article 4 Direction - Upminster
Article 4 Direction Notice 5 – Exchange House, 180-182 St Marys Lane, Upminster RM13 3BT
The Council has made an Article 4 Directions on 4 August 2022 to remove permitted development rights in relation to demolition of the building at Exchange House, St Marys Lane, Upminster.
The effect of this Article 4 Direction is that permitted development rights to demolish a building will no longer apply and planning permission will be required.
A planning application will be required from the date the Article 4 Direction comes into force.
The Article 4 Direction came into force immediately and was confirmed on 5 January 2023.
