The previously held developer presentations made directly to Members at the Strategic Planning Committee meetings, are during the Covid 19 remote working period, being handled instead through an off-line process.
This involves the officers preparing a briefing note on the development and a also a presentation document from the developer’s design team which are then forwarded to Members of the Committee and local ward Members in the area of the proposal site.
These documents are then both reviewed by Members and any comments and questions raised by Members about the proposals are then presented back to the developer’s team for their further comments and responses.
The Members comments, concerns and issues raised are then collated into a summary document by officers.
It is at this stage at the end of the process, that the documents are made publicly available on this page.
