Free leisure activities for over fifties

We are offering residents over the age of 50, the chance to swim and play badminton for free at off peak times.

You will need to become an Everyone Active member to enter the leisure centres.

Alternatively, you can do this by picking up a card from reception when you arrive.

Free swimming for the over 50s

• Central Park Leisure Centre
• Sapphire Ice and Leisure
• Harrow Lodge Leisure Centre
• Rainham Leisure Centre

Free badminton for the over 50s

There is free badminton at Hornchurch Leisure Centre (please contact them to confirm times) and Central Park Leisure Centre, Wednesdays 11am to 1pm.
