Science Museum - February 2023
I just wanted to write to give a huge thanks to two members of your staff - Meliha and John.
They took our children to the Science Museum last Wednesday and to say their journeys were tricky would be a considerable understatement.

Swimming transport - April 2021
On another note, I just wanted to say that we were really pleased with the way it went yesterday.
The coaches were on time and we didn't have any issues. The drivers were really helpful and courteous.
Mr Stevens said he spoke to one of the drivers about changing the pick up times and he said it wouldn't be a problem at all.
We will certainly be using Havering Transport in the future.

Trip to Barleylands - July 2019
I would just like to write to let you know about Harold Wood Primary School’s visit to Barleylands on Wednesday, 3 July 2019.
We took our Reception year (4 and 5 years) to Barleylands for their first school trip.
As we left on the bus and coach it became apparent that there were severe delays on the roads due to several serious accidents.
Your driver Kushtrim Krasniqi was amazing and I have to write to let you know.
He realised straight away that there was a problem and discussed with us alternative routes keeping us informed throughout, even asking if we minded the radio being on.
I was able to give the venue the new timings for our arrival and ensured that they were ready for when nearly 100 children and adults arrived.
On arrival he helped to carry the many bags of lunches etc to the classroom for us and helped us to organise them on the return journey.
It is drivers like Kushtrim that make our trips much easier as it can be quite a tricky thing to get everyone and everything on the bus within a short space of time.
I did pass on our thanks to Kushtrim on the day but wanted you as a company to be aware of the kindness and help that he showed in order to make our day the success it was.

Trip to Cambridge Theatre - November 2018
The teacher from yesterday's trip to the Cambridge Theatre - Ms Lauren Harrison would like me to pass on a huge thank you to the bus driver.
