Domestic extensions
Separate extensions constructed at the same time may be aggregated together.

| 4. Any extension or loft conversion where the total floor area of which exceeds 30m² but does not exceed 60m², including means of access and work in connection with that extension. | £1,102 or £1,212 fast track service (£1,132 (£1,245 fast track service) from 1 April 2025) |
| 5. Any extension or loft conversion where the total floor area of which exceeds 60m² but does not exceed 100m², including means of access and work in connection with that extension. | £1,309 or £1,440 fast track service (£1,345 (£1,480 fast track service) from 1 April 2025) |
