Rate uplifts
Each year we complete a project which reviews the rates we pay for all provider types.
We endeavour to be in touch each year in March to advise of the review findings and any uplifts to the rates for the next financial year if approved.
Our uplift approach aims to standardise rates across all service types with a view to moving closer to the cost of care rates within the financial constraints set.
We do not award any in-year uplifts, unless the care needs have significantly changed for service users.
Please do not submit any in-year cost of living uplifts for provision of care as we do not award any in-year uplifts for cost of living.
If there is a significant change in the care needs of service users, providers must approach the Havering Access Team requesting a review.
